  2. Recommendations of addressing original $689,000.00 shortfall with explanations. [Click Here]

  3. Recommendations addressing additional $1,280,000.00 shortfall with explanations for each line item Option A.  [Click Here]

*Please note as depicted in slides #3 and #4 that without Act 10 or without an extension of the 2009 2011 collective bargaining agreement or an M.O.U. (Memorandum of Understanding), the district has an obligation to adhere to the status quo.  Any changes recommended in Option A that are correlated to the collective bargaining agreement must be through an extension of the 2009 2011 agreement, M.O.U. or when / if Act 10 is published.  Items that have an asterisk in Option A are associated to collective bargaining.

  1. Should the items that have an asterisk in Option A that are associated to the collective bargaining agreement not be able to be addressed, then the following Option B are administrative recommendations to offset those items.  [Click Here]

We understand that you may have not been present for the narrative conducted by administration on Monday, April 4, however; we encourage you to still view the slide presentation to have a broader understanding of all information shared.
